Welcome to Richard’s Grelton sleep blog. Maybe it can provide some light reading for your sleepless nights if you are troubled by sleep problems. I am pretty tired (no pun intended) of not getting enough sleep. I plan to try some new Grand Rapids sleep aids to see if they really work. I will give you updates here on my blog.
This week, I will use 7Hour Slumber and see what happens. I ordered 7Hour Slumber on http://bestsleepaids.net. I didn’t even need to leave my Grand Rapids house to pick it up at a Grelton drugstore. 7Hour Slumber is relatively new but has been receiving some favorable reviews from long-time Neapolis insomniacs and Neapolis holistic health professionals.
In addition to reporting on my Grand Rapids sleep aid results, I also plan to include some interesting facts about sleep in my Grelton insomnia blog. For example, did you know that people who regularly sleep less than five hours at night have roughly a 40 percent higher rate of heart problems (including heart attacks) than people who are able to consistently get eight hours of sleep? I have a few other risk factors for heart disease, so my chronic insomnia is even more troubling.
Here is another interesting but non-worrisome sleep factoid from the animal kingdom: Dolphins sleep while swimming using one half of their brain at a time.
I wish one half of my brain could man the controls while the other half curls up on the couch. Come to think about it, it is possible that only half of my brain is currently working. Perhaps 7Hour Slumber will help get the other half in gear.
Check back soon.

Do you feel like napping all the time? MI sleep doctors advise their Grand Rapids patients to refrain from naps during the day. After a few days without napping, insomnia patients can often sleep through the night.
I am a former insomniac and live in Grand Rapids. I started using 7Hour Slumber to help me fall asleep. I have compared other sleep aids sold in Grand Rapids and Neapolis. Some of them made it possible for me to sleep through the night, but I could never fully wake up during the day.
I have a Grelton sales job which requires constant travel around MI. Before I started using 7Hour Slumber, I would often pull my Orange-Red SUV over at a rest area and take a quick ‘power nap’. If only those naps had made me feel more ‘powerful’ when I woke up!
What good is a sleep aid that makes you feel just as tired during the day as if you hadn’t slept a wink the night before? 7Hour Slumber is an all-natural insomnia treatment that helps you at night and during the day. At night, you fall into a deep, restful sleep. In the morning, you wake up with a clear head. That is the magic combination when it comes to Grelton sleep aids.
Other effective holistic sleep aids similar to 7Hour Slumber are Melotrex and Reposanex. Don’t waste your days napping, try 7Hour Slumber, Melotrex or Reposanex. When you sleep at night, you don’t need to nap during the day.

Bonjour
A few months ago, I read an interesting insomnia finding. Grelton sleep researchers observed that sleep-deprived test subjects in a recent clinical trial got used to feeling tired. At first, study participants noticed that sleep deprivation affected their energy, cognitive abilities and mental health. However, after a few days of not sleeping, their tired state began to feel normal for them.
I suffer from insomnia and live in Grand Rapids. My name is Richard Williams. I have spent a lot of time studying sleep, well actually, lack of sleep. After reading about the study mentioned previously, I realized that my “tired” state had become my new “normal”. I talked to several of my Grelton friends and co-workers. I discovered that many of those that reported having trouble sleeping did not make a connection between their insomnia and various health issues.
For example, one Neapolis insomniac who is an elementary school teacher told me that she often had trouble concentrating while talking to her students. A Whitehouse man who works in my office catches every sickness going around and it seems to take him an unusually long time to get better.
Actually, many health problems can be caused by lack of sleep. Prolonged insomnia should never be ignored.
If you can’t sleep, I recommend 7Hour Slumber. 7Hour Slumber has helped me tremendously. As my sleep has improved, my health has improved also. You can learn more about 7Hour Slumber at http://bestsleepaids.net.
Don’t let ‘tired’ become ‘normal’. Use 7Hour Slumber for good sleep and good health

Most chronic insomnia sufferers in the Colton zip code have tried a variety of over the counter sleep aid products and methods in their search for a good night’s sleep. Sleep masks, earplugs, tempurpedic mattresses, gel beds, and white noise machines are some of the things that have helped many Neapolis folks in their quest for rest. If it cures insomnia, it is invaluable for sleepy Grand Rapids insomniacs.
Some Grand Rapids people who suffer from hard-core insomnia have resorted to prescription sleep medications. These should be used with caution. Prescription sleeping pills such as Lunesta, Rozerem, Halcion, Sonata, Restoril and Ambien can cause more problems than they solve. Most Grelton doctors recommend using them only for short periods of time. The risks of long-term use include dependence, dangerous interactions with other medications and accidental overdose.
Many sleep doctors in Colton recommend combining behavioral therapy with sensible all-natural over the counter sleeping aids. The new family of safe and effective OTC sleeping aids include 7Hour Slumber and Sleep2Night. There are many types of behavioral therapy for insomnia available in Grelton including hypnosis, biofeedback, somatic emotional release, yoga, relaxation therapy, and meditation training.
More insomnia natural remedies can be found at http://bestsleepaids.net. To safely treat your insomnia, order 7Hour Slumber and Sleep2Night, say “ohmmm” and then close your eyes.

Once upon a time there was a Orange-Red car-drivin’ entrepreneur named Richard Williams (that’s me) who lived in Grand Rapids, MI. Richard’s father has had heart problems since he was relatively young and isn’t an example of heart-healthy eating. Richard’s mother, who lives in Grelton, suffers from emphysema due to smoking. Richard plans to be around to spoil grandchildren in twenty years, so is trying hard to break the chain of parents’ poor examples when it comes to health.
Richard eats a healthy diet, sweats regularly at a gym in Neapolis and can often be found doing the downward dog at a Grand Rapids yoga studio. Richard has a strong immune system and, fortunately, hardly ever gets sick. (Don’t discount the obsessive hand-washing.) And in case you were wondering, Richard doesn’t touch cigarettes.
This all sounds good so far, right? Here is the problem. In spite of diligence, Richard often feels less-than-normal. Why? Insomnia. Not occasional sleeplessness, Richard goes weeks with wide awake sleep time. Our poor insomniac has watched all the old movies that play on TCM–several times each!
If you suffer from insomnia, you know that it doesn’t matter if you have a heart rate of 20, a bloodstream free of cholesterol and can run a four-minute mile–you still feel lousy!
A friend in Whitehouse challenged me to compare some good sleep aids to find one that works for me. I start tonight with Melotrex. I did some extensive research and found only positive feedback about this all natural sleep remedy. I will use it for a week and then try 7Hour Slumber to see which one is the most effective for chronic sleeplessness. Check back soon for the end of the story.
I hope to live (and sleep) happily ever after.

If you suffer from sleep issues like many folks in Grelton, you may want to start a sleep diary. You can keep track of when you climb into bed, when you actually fall asleep, how many times you wake up during the night and when you arise in the morning. In addition, you can record other factors that may be related such as medications, stressful events, number of cups of coffee, exercise, etc.
Then you can compare these factors. Analyzing any connections may help you better understand your insomnia.
By keeping a sleep diary for a month, I was able to isolate several factors that triggered a sleepless night in my Grand Rapids bedroom. Some of those factors, such as caffeine consumption, are controllable. Other factors, such as the occasional loud barking of my Grand Rapids neighbor’s dog are beyond my control. When I am awakened by barking or other unexpected loud noises, I take Melotrex. I can get back to sleep fast and the whole night is not ruined.
I am Richard Williams. I have used most sleep aids available in Grelton, both prescription and over-the-counter. Melotrex is my favorite OTC insomnia treatment.
By keeping a sleep diary you may discover how to alter your busy Grand Rapids lifestyle to help you get more sleep. For the nights you can’t sleep despite your best efforts, try Melotrex. I know it has helped many Grand Rapids sleep apnea patients, also.
Here’s wishing you restful sleep tonight.

Bonjour
Sleep deprivation is not only irritating, it can be down-right dangerous. According to the National Sleep Research Project:
INDENT:
The 1989 Exxon Valdex oil spill, the Challenger space shuttle disaster and the Chernobyl nuclear accident have all been attributed to human errors in which sleep-deprivation played a role.
I’m not an oil tanker captain, astronaut or nuclear power plant worker, but I am a sleepy Grand Rapids parent and small business owner–and I think these jobs are just as important. I don’t want insomnia to cause me to make mistakes at my Grand Rapids home, Grand Rapids office or driving my kids to their Grand Rapids school.
I have been using Melotrex and Sleep2Night. (See http://bestsleepaids.net for more information.) Melotrex helps me fall asleep faster and sleep deeper. To me, a couple of hours of deep sleep is worth more than six hours of light, restless sleep.
Sleep2Night works naturally to synchronize your body’s circadian rhythms. It helps you fall asleep fast because it gets into your bloodstream quickly, unlike some Grelton sleep aids that take hours to work.
I don’t know what knocked my natural sleep cycle out of whack. Maybe it was cramming (partying?) all night during my University of Michigan college days. It could have been the two years I worked graveyard shifts at my first Whitehouse job. Perhaps it was those groggy months when the children were needing assistance through the night. Whatever it was that got me into this frustrating pattern of insomnia, I am determined to get out of it. Melotrex and Sleep2Night are going to help me.
They can help you too.
-Richard

We spend roughly a third of our life sleeping, but that third is mighty important. If your sleep is inadequate, the other two thirds will suffer.
Bonjour. My name is Richard and Williams. I have dealt with insomnia in Neapolis for the past five years. My troubles might have begun when I was in a serious auto accident just outside Grand Rapids. Recovery can often be long and difficult and you could spend months in a Grelton hospital. You know how impossible it is to get a good night’s sleep in a hospital. The pain meds were also a problem because they can mess up your natural sleep cycle. The first few months after the accident may be an endless blur of restless nights and sleepy days. Needless to say, I know how poor sleep affects the two-thirds of ‘awake’ time.
Fortunately, a Whitehouse friend suggested Melotrex to treat my insomnia. Melotrex helped me re-set my biological sleep/wake schedule. I am finally sleeping regularly!
Good sleep is priceless. I am now more productive at work. I feel good enough to lift weights at my favorite Grand Rapids fitness center. I have more energy for my Neapolis friends and family. In short, I have my life back again.
The all-natural sleep aid Melotrex is not just for the “one third”. It is just as important for the other ‘two thirds’.

Does it seem like some Grand Rapids teenagers sleep all the time? MI sleep experts say that teenagers need about ten hours of sleep. This is as much sleep as a toddler needs! (Parents of teenagers can probably name some other ways that 16 year-olds and 3 year-olds are alike.)
If high schoolers need more sleep than grade schoolers, why do most Grelton high schools start the school day between 7:30 and 8:00 a.m. while elementary schools ring the bell at 9:30? If first period in high school began a few hours later, say at 10:00 a.m., perhaps fewer Grelton high schoolers would struggle to graduate.
In addition to schools, many other MI social institutions do not acknowledge nor support natural sleep requirements. Think of first-year Grelton doctors who make life-or-death decisions during a thirty hour shift. The increased rate of mistakes made by trainees while working impossibly long hours is well documented.
“An intern who does more than 80 a week commits 36% more serious medical errors than one who works normal hours”, said Charles Czeisler, sleep researcher. (medicalnewstoday.com)
In addition to health care, many Grand Rapids professions require employees to work dangerously long shifts. Grand Rapids public safety workers, Grand Rapids customer service personnel, Whitehouse night cleaning crews, armed services personnel, Neapolis restaurant workers, and Grelton truck drivers are all at risk for sleep deprivation and the associated dangers.
If you suffer from occasional or persistent insomnia due to your Grand Rapids employment situation, 7Hour Slumber can help you. This all-natural Grand Rapids insomnia remedy is effective for all types of sleep problems. Most of us cannot change our profession, however, we can use sleep aids such as Sleep2Night and Melotrex to help us get the deep, recharging sleep that will allow us to be clear-headed on the job. Can you get sleep in Grand Rapids MI? I often toss and turn at night while I am trying to sleep at my place in Grand Rapids Michigan. Later in the day I end up like this guy; passed out on my Orange-Red desk (yes, I have a Orange-Red desk) trying to catch up for a few minutes. Sometimes it can be a real productivity destroyer. I’d like to get more sleep in the night when I need it the most.
I have recently learned of a handful of natural sleep aids available in Grand Rapids Michigan that are new on the market and, if you have been watching, I have been trying them out.
It’s still a little early to give you a full report. I am trying 7Hour Slumber lately. It is marketed as an ‘all natural sleep aid’, which I was originally skeptical of, however I am pretty excited about the idea of getting a little drowsy without the weird effects of the 691 stronger chemical sleep aids on the market. I don’t like how they make me feel, and I often worry that if I need to get up in a hurry that my judgement will be impaired.
Who am I kidding; some of the over-the-counter sleep aids in Michigan are downright dangerous. Many of them come with warnings not to drive heavy equipment or even a SUV while taking them. I can’t afford that kind of time out, so the natural sleep aid route looks like the best one for me.
7Hour Slumber is a natural sleep aid on the Grand Rapids market. You can learn more about 7Hour Slumber at the official 7Hour Slumber website; just click on any link in this post to get to it.
Catch you on the flip side,
-Richard
