7Hour Slumber for Grelton Sleep Deprivation

June 24th, 2010 by acument549

cannot fall asleep Do you feel like you have a grip on the stressors in your life? I’m Richard Williams, and I could be anyone; for instance an advertising account executive in Grand Rapids. In the past few months, I might have experienced some significant events. Perhaps a relative died unexpectedly in nearby Whitehouse.

Let’s imagine the local Grelton advertising agency I work for was bought by a national firm. Our new parent company laid off half of my Grand Rapids colleagues without warning. Fortunately, I still have my job, but I could be the next to go.

A final blow comes the next month; My son or daughter is suspended from the Neapolis high school for some very serious offenses.

Could be a ton of reasons why I cannot fall asleep. Lack of sleep has turned me into an emotional wreck. I have what sleep specialists call depression insomnia. I need to get back into a healthy sleep pattern so my sleep deprivation symptoms won’t spiral out of control.

I plan to try 7Hour Slumber to overcome insomnia. I need to have a clear head to perform at work and deal with my critical family issues as well.

7Hour Slumber is a 100 percent natural sleep aid. It helps with the many different sleep problems we all encounter at one time or another. It can help you fall asleep, stay asleep and sleep deeply so you wake refreshed. 7Hour Slumber is sold through http://bestsleepaids.net. You can also find information about Sleep2Night and Melotrex, two similar herbal sleep remedies.

Help Me Sleep in Grand Rapids!

June 4th, 2010 by acument549

sleep solutions Hello readers. I am Richard Williams, a sleep blogger in Grand Rapids. If you have been following my posts, you know that I suffer from chronic insomnia and am currently comparing Michigan sleep solutions to find out what can help me sleep.

If you have trouble sleeping and are worried about all the lack of sleep affects, you may have noticed reports on a recent study conducted by Daniel Cohen of Brigham and Women’s Hospital in Boston. The findings are published in the January 13 issue of Science Translational Medicine.

The study showed that lost sleep cannot be made up. In other words, if you are a sleepy Grelton paramedic who pulled four all-nighters last week, you cannot make up the lost sleep by crashing all weekend. Of course the weekend sleep is better than nothing, but it does not erase the accumulated sleep deficit. Your performance will suffer and you will feel the symptoms of exhaustion.

This is sobering news for Grand Rapids nurses and Whitehouse truckers; in fact all Grelton shift workers.

I also work odd hours and I am concerned about my accumulated sleep deficit. I am taking all-natural 7Hour Slumber to help me sleep soundly all through the night. 7Hour Slumber is a safe, effective and affordable insomnia treatment. So far, it is helping me sleep at night and feel better during the day. Don’t let your sleep deficit affect your health. Check out 7Hour Slumber at sleepparalysisreview.mysleepaidblog.com today for better sleep tomorrow.

Asleep at the Wheel?

May 14th, 2010 by acument549

Insomnia Club” align=”right” /> Hello, it’s me, Richard Williams again, your Neapolis insomnia club blogger.

As I was driving home from my Neapolis office the other day in my SUV, I started thinking about all the cool auto accessories I have added. I upgraded the stereo and now it sounds far better than my Orange-Red iPod. I bought an expensive massaging seat cushion that provides both lumbar support and magic fingers. I even installed a DVD player so I can watch Avatar on my commute. Just kidding, it’s for my daughters to watch Twilight. Again.

Then it dawned on me. My car is more comfortable than my bedroom! In fact, it is a whole lot more cushy than any room in my Grand Rapids house. Why do I invest more in my ride than in my sleeping environment? I spend more time in bed than in my car, even when the Grelton traffic has slowed to a crawl.

I decided to find out if bedroom upgrades could work as well for quality sleep as 7Hour Slumber and Sleep2Night, my absolutely favorite herbal sleep remedies. (Order at http://bestsleepaids.net.) I discovered that there are just as many Whitehouse sleep aids as car accessories.

First, I bought a Whitehouse memory foam mattress. Incredible! Then I bought allergen-free 800 thread count bed sheets that make me feel like Hugh Hefner. Next, I went crazy with pillows–an oxygen pillow, a lavender pillow, and aromatherapy eye pillows. I topped off my shopping spree with spa-quality lavender spray. Yum.

My bedroom is decked out like a pricey Grelton sleep friendly hotel room. Just like 7Hour Slumber and Sleep2Night, my new sleep aids have no side effects. Unless, of course, you consider the fact that I sometimes sleep through my alarm. The only thing that works better than my oxygen pillow coupled with 7Hour Slumber to put me to sleep is watching Twilight while cruising down the interstate.

Sleeping With Your Laptop?

March 25th, 2010 by acument549

Getting Better Sleep Do you take your laptop to bed with you? Many Neapolis insomnia sufferers try to unwind by tapping away on their keyboard. Whether you are working, playing on Facebook, or improving your Freecell record, computer use in bed can interfere with quality sleep.

If you have unknowingly trained your brain and body to associate your bed with other activities, it can become difficult to relax enough to drift off. Computer use is not the only problem, Whitehouse sleep therapists also counsel against bedtime texting, eating, and TV. There are two exceptions, however. Many Grand Rapids sleep doctors recommend reading to calm the mind. Of course, you need to choose appropriately dull reading material. The other exception? Sex. (I had you worried, didn’t I?)

I am insomniac Richard Williams of Grand Rapids, MI. Because of my sleep difficulties, I have changed my late evening routine. I used to climb into bed at ten o’clock, watch the Grelton news while eating a pint of Haagen Dazs, and then check my Facebook account for any interesting posts.

Things have changed in my Grand Rapids household. I have moved the TV out of the bedroom and I eat my snack in the kitchen. My laptop, which is usually within arms’ reach, is not allowed in my bed anymore. (It has not spoken to me for several weeks now, but I must remain strong.)

These changes are helping me greatly. I only take 7Hour Slumber or Sleep2Night three or four times a month now. It is very reassuring to know that if I can’t nod off before midnight, I can take all-natural 7Hour Slumber or Sleep2Night for a good nights sleep. I don’t have to drive to my Grelton pharmacy to get 7Hour Slumber and Sleep2Night. I order them at http://bestsleepaids.net.

Getting Better Sleep in Grand Rapids

March 5th, 2010 by acument549

too much sleep trouble Why are there so many desperate Grand Rapids folks who cannot sleep?

Stress is probably the most common reason. As we all know, stress can be caused by so many different things that few people escape it. I regularly meet Grand Rapids people who are stressed about losing their job. I know many Neapolis insomniacs who are constantly worried about a chronic health problem. Strained family relationships trigger stress for many Grelton people. Even positive events like a job promotion, a new baby, or a vacation can create stress.

If you suffer from insomnia, perhaps it is not stress that is keeping you from getting better sleep. You might have a sleeping disorder. Sleeping disorders are very common among Grand Rapids adults and teenagers. You have probably heard of sleep apnea because it has been gaining more attention in the past few years, but there are other disorders that can prevent sleep.

Restless Leg Syndrome is a serious neurological disorder that affects millions of Americans. People with Restless Leg Syndrome have uncomfortable (and often very painful) sensations in their legs that create an unstoppable urge to move as they try to relieve the feelings. If you suffer from this disorder, you probably cannot sleep the nights that your symptoms are present.

7Hour Slumber, Sleep2Night and Melotrex can help people achieve adequate sleep. Whether the problem is Restless Leg Syndrome, sleep apnea, or everyday stress, these herbal sleep aids can allow you to calm down and go to sleep. If you are sweating sleep, see http://bestsleepaids.net to order all-natural 7Hour Slumber, Sleep2Night or Melotrex.

7Hour Slumber for Jet Lag in Grand Rapids

February 19th, 2010 by acument549

Circadian Rhythm Hi, it’s Richard here again sharing sleep news for Grand Rapids insomniacs.

I have been conducting informal research on lack of sleep effects in Grand Rapids for several months now. So far, I have tried Sleep2Night and Melotrex. This upcoming week, I am eager to compare 7Hour Slumber.

7Hour Slumber works with your body to re-set your natural circadian rhythm. No, I am not a dancer, ‘circadian rhythm’ is the scientific name for your internal body clock. All animals and plants have a natural 24-hour cycle. Circadian rhythms disorders affect your physical, mental and emotional well-being.

Circadian rhythms can be altered by pregnancy, rotating shifts and jet lag. I don’t have to worry about being pregnant, but since I will be traveling away from Grelton on business next week, I will definitely need 7Hour Slumber. I will also do yoga and my special relaxation techniques faithfully while I am away. Since I am very sensitive to disruptions in my sleep cycle, I have a bedtime ritual that I use in combination with all-natural sleep aids to help me sleep.

For more information on 7Hour Slumber, Sleep2Night, , and Melotrex, see Jerry’s Houston Sleep Problem Blog. These sleep aids are available online for all Neapolis and Grand Rapids folks who want to re-set or maintain their sleep/wake cycle for better health and improved immunity. I don’t know about you, but I am at least a little concerned about H1N1 and other viruses that are spreading in the Grelton area. To stay healthy, make sure you get enough sleep!

Sleep Obstructive Apnea in Grand Rapids

February 12th, 2010 by acument549

Sleep Obstructive Apnea in Grand Rapids Obstructive sleep apnea can be a life-threatening condition. Here at 7Hour Slumber, we want to make sure our Grand Rapids insomnia customers are aware of the symptoms and dangers of sleep apnea.

Persons with sleep obstructive apnea stop breathing intermittently during sleep when the back of their throat constricts and blocks the air. Many Grand Rapids and Neapolis people currently being treated for apnea were unaware they had it until their spouse noticed the rhythm of their breathing changed during sleep.

If you sleep all through the night but still feel tired and groggy during the day, you could have sleep obstructive apnea. Symptoms of sleep apnea are fairly obvious. Periods of breathing lapses, loud snoring and gasping for breath can occur several times during the night without the person remembering them the next day. To determine if you need to see a doctor, ask your partner or other family member to observe your sleeping. (Be prepared to be shaken violently until you wake up and take a breath!) If you sleep alone, you can record yourself sleeping to determine if you demonstrate apnea symptoms.

Many Grelton people are diagnosed with sleep apnea every year. Risk factors include obesity, large tonsils, nasal congestion, and a deviated septum. It is most common in middle-age Grelton men but is also found among all age groups in Grand Rapids and Neapolis. Grand Rapids teens and Grelton children with large tonsils can also develop obstructive sleep apnea.

7Hour Slumber is a non habit forming sleep medication that is effective for non-apnea sleep issues. If you can’t seem to get enough sleep because you wake up too early, 7Hour Slumber is the natural sleeping solution for staying asleep until the morning. If your partner is currently using a CPAP breathing machine and the noise makes it difficult for you to fall asleep, 7Hour Slumber can help you start your night out right by falling asleep fast. See http://bestsleepaids.net for 7Hour Slumber ordering info and more helpful sleep tips.

Sleep Sound in Grand Rapids

February 2nd, 2010 by acument549

Herbal Sleep in Grand Rapids Hi, I am good night sleep blogger Richard Williams. As you have probably guessed, there are some nights when I simply cannot sleep sound. I brush my teeth, climb onto my swedish mattress, relax under my Orange-Red down comforter and then–lie there with my eyes wide open! Ugh!

Before I take an herbal sleep remedy such as 7Hour Slumber or Sleep2Night, I try some of my favorite nighttime rituals to hopefully aid sleep.

First, I rid my Grand Rapids bedroom of all the distractions. I can’t believe how much paperwork piles up in a few days. I don’t want to lie awake thinking about the car insurance premium that is due on my SUV or the ten page application for my daughter to attend Eastern Michigan University. I even close my laptop and take it out of the bedroom.

Next, I bargain with my sweetie for a massage exchange. I promise to give an incredible rubdown tomorrow night if I can get one tonight. Lavender or chamomile oil is the crowning touch.

Next, I meditate to the sound of the surf lapping at the shore. No, I don’t live on the beach, but I do live in a nice Grand Rapids neighborhood near downtown. To hear waves, chirping birds or a gentle breeze rustling the trees, I turn on relaxing ambient sleep music.

If these things don’t do the trick, I pull out the heavy artillery. I take Sleep2Night, the non habit forming sleep aid. I believe it is one of the most effective sleep aids over the counter in Grelton. I have been using natural insomnia aids for 31. You don’t have to lie there with your eyes open. See http://bestsleepaids.net for a good night sleep.

Sleepless Nights in Grand Rapids?

January 28th, 2010 by acument549

Sleepless Nights in Grand Rapids? Welcome to Richard’s Grelton sleep blog. Maybe it can provide some light reading for your sleepless nights if you are troubled by sleep problems. I am pretty tired (no pun intended) of not getting enough sleep. I plan to try some new Grand Rapids sleep aids to see if they really work. I will give you updates here on my blog.

This week, I will use 7Hour Slumber and see what happens. I ordered 7Hour Slumber on http://bestsleepaids.net. I didn’t even need to leave my Grand Rapids house to pick it up at a Grelton drugstore. 7Hour Slumber is relatively new but has been receiving some favorable reviews from long-time Neapolis insomniacs and Neapolis holistic health professionals.

In addition to reporting on my Grand Rapids sleep aid results, I also plan to include some interesting facts about sleep in my Grelton insomnia blog. For example, did you know that people who regularly sleep less than five hours at night have roughly a 40 percent higher rate of heart problems (including heart attacks) than people who are able to consistently get eight hours of sleep? I have a few other risk factors for heart disease, so my chronic insomnia is even more troubling.

Here is another interesting but non-worrisome sleep factoid from the animal kingdom: Dolphins sleep while swimming using one half of their brain at a time.

I wish one half of my brain could man the controls while the other half curls up on the couch. Come to think about it, it is possible that only half of my brain is currently working. Perhaps 7Hour Slumber will help get the other half in gear.

Check back soon.

7Hour Slumber for Restful Sleep in Grand Rapids

January 19th, 2010 by acument549

7Hour Slumber for Restful Sleep in Grand Rapids Do you feel like napping all the time? MI sleep doctors advise their Grand Rapids patients to refrain from naps during the day. After a few days without napping, insomnia patients can often sleep through the night.

I am a former insomniac and live in Grand Rapids. I started using 7Hour Slumber to help me fall asleep. I have compared other sleep aids sold in Grand Rapids and Neapolis. Some of them made it possible for me to sleep through the night, but I could never fully wake up during the day.

I have a Grelton sales job which requires constant travel around MI. Before I started using 7Hour Slumber, I would often pull my Orange-Red SUV over at a rest area and take a quick ‘power nap’. If only those naps had made me feel more ‘powerful’ when I woke up!

What good is a sleep aid that makes you feel just as tired during the day as if you hadn’t slept a wink the night before? 7Hour Slumber is an all-natural insomnia treatment that helps you at night and during the day. At night, you fall into a deep, restful sleep. In the morning, you wake up with a clear head. That is the magic combination when it comes to Grelton sleep aids.

Other effective holistic sleep aids similar to 7Hour Slumber are Melotrex and Reposanex. Don’t waste your days napping, try 7Hour Slumber, Melotrex or Reposanex. When you sleep at night, you don’t need to nap during the day.
